HY-SRF05 Ultrasonic Range Finder

A successor to the HC-SR04 with reportedly improved range (around 4.5m) and accuracy.
Detect the distance to objects in front of the sensor using an ultrasonic ping.
5V operation suitable for use with microcontrollers, Arduino, etc.
Connection via 5-pin header (0.1" pitch) - Vcc, Trig, Echo, Out, Gnd.
Note - there is some uncertainty over the role of the Out pin. It is suggested that it switches the operating mode from using the separate trigger and echo pins (easiest to use and the same as the HC-SR04) to just the trigger pin. Floating = 2-pin mode, grounded = 1 pin mode.
