Based on the classic Pro Co Rat distortion effects pedal of the late 70's, which found favour with the likes of Jeff Beck, David Gilmour, Nirvana, Foo Fighters and Muse, to name but a few, this circuit, with its distortion, filter and volume controls allows you to dial in effects from subtle overdrive to full on fuzz.
A build of the complete pedal requires:
1 x Rat Box electronics pack (K137)
1 x Pedal hardware pack (K136)
1 x 1590BB/29830PSLA enclosure in whichever finish you prefer (a pre-drilled 29830PSLA is available - see EN099).
3 x control knobs for 6.35mm pot shafts in whichever style you prefer - see here.
